On occasions a professional valuation is required. Sometimes it is necessary to assess the value of a property at a specific date i.e. for tax/probate matters. These matters are referred either to TK International's professional consultant or if more applicable to one of TK International's other professional affiliates. These reports can be used for Bank or legal purposes and they attract a fee, which is agreed at the outset.
