We are passionate about being involved in our local community and TK International welcomed the opportunity to be one of the main sponsors of this year's annual Hampstead Summer Festival, taking place between Saturday 20th June and Sunday 5th July.

The festival is synonymous with Hampstead’s ability to attract world-leading artists, painters, writers and actors to its pretty streets and places of work. In fitting homage, the jam-packed two weeks are filled with activities linked to arts, culture and social events.

Attracting tens of thousands of locals, Londoners and visitors from beyond the capital, the event is a great way for the community to come together and show off the highlights of Hampstead. The festival is set against a backdrop of Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian architecture, with ancient woodland and open spaces right on the doorstep.

Daniel Epstein, one of the partners at TK International comments: “Hampstead is such a wonderful place to live and work, and the atmosphere during the festival is amazing - it fills everyone here with an immense sense of pride. There's so much to see and do, particularly on the day of the ‘The Big Fair' that takes place on Heath Street, where our office is located.”

This year's Hampstead Summer festival has an ‘Alice in Wonderland’ theme, which includes a screening of Tim Burton's film, crazy croquet and also a ‘Mad Hatter’s Tea Party. There's also an art exhibition and fair, a special solo show by Dame Diana Rigg, an international chess tournament, competitions and, of course, The Big Fair on Sunday 5th July, with its carnival atmosphere, live music, street entertainment, traditional fun fair, street circus and family attractions. All funds raised will go to Age UK Camden’s Henderson Court Resource Centre and Keats Community Library, who depend on the festival's contributions to continue their vital work in the community.

Please do come along and join in the fun! For more information on the festival, please visit the website www.hamsteadsummerfestival.com. If you require any information regarding property and investment in the Hampstead area, contact us today or drop in while the festival is running. We are always happy to help.
