I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how happy Rom and I were with the service provided by TK in the both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. I particular I must give a huge amount of thanks and praise to Danny.
There were many a time along the way, that potential deal breaking issues arose and Danny went above and beyond to resolve them in a proactive and professional manner.
From his handling of the various parties' solicitors, to answering questions for both us and our buyers, nothing was too much trouble. Danny was available almost 24/7 to make sure that all parties were happy and that the chain ran smoothly.
He is a credit to TK and I will be eternally grateful to him for help.
