We are writing to underscore the exceptional role played by Joel Ezekiel in the purchase of our flat. It is safe to say that this purchase would have not happened without Joel. Joel was instrumental in at least two important ways. First, he "sold us" the flat in the most literal sense. We had been looking for a larger property. Joel was instrumental in swaying us that the property we finally purchased could also meet our needs, while offering a range of other advantages. Second, he was instrumental in making sure the sale would in fact go through. We were, to say the least, unlucky with our solicitor, who was frequently unresponsive and not providing information or follow-up in any reasonable manner. Joel stepped in strongly, doing an amazing amount of follow-up, and keeping the process going towards its final conclusion. Without these interventions, the sale would have not been possible. Throughout this process, Joel was working all hours and always available. He was extremely polite, helpful and friendly despite all the problems and delays in concluding the sale. We could have not asked for a better real estate agent to buy this property from. We will be sure to consider TK International and Joel if we ever need to sell or rent the flat.
