Once a tenancy is agreed, we guide tenants through the referencing process and support them through the tenancy-agreement stage, including reviewing and signing all required documents.
For properties managed by TK, tenants benefit from a dedicated property manager who acts as their primary point of contact for maintenance, repairs and any emergencies. Where a landlord manages the property directly, tenants will liaise with them throughout the tenancy.
