Together with my siblings, I want to express my gratitude to you both for the successful sale of my late parents’ property.
3 years ago after marketing with several Hampstead Agents, we failed to find an acceptable buyer, so decided to rent in the interim.
After being recommended to yourselves, you immediately found a buyer offering 65% above our best offer 3 years previously.
But this was on condition of completing in 10 weeks, to beat both the UK & overseas buyers stamp duty deadline.
In addition, we also had to negotiate a long lease extension with the Landlord, & persuade the existing tenant to move out a month early.
My solicitor pulled out, unable to cope with the stress, but with the help of an excellent solicitor recommended by yourselves, the sale completed by the deadline.
